A user who is permanently banned can donate $10 to the site via Paypal or Bitcoin, and get your account reinstated, with all previous strikes against it removed (so it would be treated as a fresh new account).
No personal information from your paypal account is shared with the site moderators. Only the site administrator sees donation information, and it is not shared with any of the site staff, or any of the forum members.
When someone donates and gets reinstated, all forum moderators are notified that your user account has donated to get reinstated, and you are not to be banned unless you start breaking the rules again.

It can take anywhere from 4 to 48 hours for your user account to be reinstated, depending on the availability of the forum admin.
